Five decades ago there was a beautiful 26-acre strawberry field down a mostly unpaved road called Pinebrook Road, named after the winding brook that flows through the back of the property lined with 100 year old trees. This property became known as Country Roads Day Camp and is still the greatest summer vacation for hundreds of kids every year!
Rich in traditions, thousands of campers have grown up at Country Roads over the past 55 plus years, and many bring their children back to experience the same happy memories. I am one of those families (Co-Director Katrina Gabriel with my husband Chris). Starting as a 5 year-old camper, in 1970 I remember when the cooking program was a grill on the side lawn. It now consists of two air-conditioned culinary rooms, one dedicated just to desserts, both run by talented chefs. The one thing that has not changed, are the memories of the happiest times of my life growing up at Country Roads. It is the same for so many campers and this is the reason that 90% of our staff are either former campers themselves or their children are Country Roaders.

Waterpark Sprayground: Ages 1-100 love this water wonderland consisting of 80 geysers, buckets, jet sprays, fountains, wave tunnel, lemon drops, cross bar jets and many more remote controlled sprays that make the fun always unpredictable and endless. Added bonus…we heated it!
120 Foot waterslide with non-stop rushing water for a fast slippery ride down, through the tunnel and into the pool. Plus a 70 foot enclosed tunnel lightning slide splashing your way into our heated pools.
HEATED POOL COMPLEX: All of our pools are heated. 85-90 degrees is perfect to enjoy swim lessons on those chilly summer mornings; then the heat goes off and the cool waters are refreshing throughout the sunny afternoon free swims. We have mastered the perfect combination so swimming is enjoyable from sun up to sundown!
